Clay Date Workshop: Slab build a Ceramic Tree with a Hand-Cut Star
Get ready for a fun, hands-on afternoon of creativity at our Clay Date Workshop, where you will craft a beautiful ceramic holiday tree — inspired by the whimsical style of Candice Barry’s ceramic trees. Come by yourself or bring your partner, friend, or favorite person for this fun experience.
In this guided workshop, you’ll use clay slabs and hand-building techniques to create your own ceramic tree topped with a hand-cut star. Whether you're a beginner or have some experience, this relaxed and festive session is perfect for anyone who wants to make something meaningful with their hands.

How to add color or let Candice glaze them herself

Come for the creativity and leave with a night full of memories. Candice will finish by drying, glazing and firing your one-of-a-kind ceramic trees, then add the beautiful 22K gold to your star and fire them one last time. You will be able to pick them up within a few weeks and use them in your holiday decor or even give them as a heartfelt gift this holiday season.

Taught at my studio in Tulsa, OK. Address will be sent after registration, a few days before the workshop.
Please note: The class is non-refundable, but your spot is transferable. If someone will be attending in your place, please email Candice in advance with their full name, email address, and phone number so she can contact them with workshop details.
